Please read these terms carefully before using the b365 platform. This document defines your rights and responsibilities and forms the basis for using our services.

1 General Provisions

b365 (hereinafter referred to as "the platform", "we" or "us") is an online betting and casino service provider. This terms and conditions document defines the legal relationship between the platform and the user.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use the services on b365, you must be at least 21 years of age. Creating an account for minors is strictly prohibited. A copy of your national identity card or passport may be requested as proof of age.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each user may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed and funds held may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account creation — name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email — must be completely truthful and accurate. Providing false information will result in account cancellation and relevant action being taken.

2.4 Personal Use

The account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Betting on behalf of a third party, renting out the account, or allowing anyone else to use the account is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Verification and Security

3.1 KYC Process

b365 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. Before your first withdrawal request or upon exceeding a certain amount, you may be required to verify your identity and address. The following documents may be requested:

  • Front and back scan of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport
  • A recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)
  • Proof of ownership of your payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad number)

3.2 Password Security

Keep your account login credentials completely confidential. b365 will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you believe your account security has been compromised, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Liability for Unauthorized Access

b365 will not be held responsible for any activity or loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account, unless it is a direct result of our own negligence.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

b365 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, etc.). For both deposits and withdrawals, you must use a method registered in your own name only.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method)
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, delays may occur due to verification or banking issues. b365 reserves the right to suspend the processing of inconsistent or suspicious withdrawal requests.

4.4 Ownership of Deposited Funds

Funds deposited into your account may only be used for betting and gaming purposes. b365 holds your funds in a separate account and they are not used to cover business operating expenses.

4.5 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The b365 welcome bonus is up to 200% on your first deposit, with a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳10,000 gives you a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing a bonus, you must complete wagering of 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in betting must be completed.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
  • b365 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
  • Bonus issuance is entirely at b365's discretion and may be changed at any time.
  • Only one account per household, device, or IP address is eligible to receive a bonus.

5.4 VIP Program

The b365 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided based on regular betting activity:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Tier advancement depends on active and consistent participation on the platform.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Responsibility for Betting Decisions

All betting and gaming decisions made on the b365 platform are entirely the user's own. The platform will not be held liable for any losses. Please play within your financial means.

6.2 Betting Markets and Odds

Displayed odds may change at any time. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is placed are final. b365 reserves the right to void bets accepted at erroneous odds.

6.3 Event Cancellation and Rescheduling

If a sporting event is cancelled or significantly postponed from its scheduled time, the related bets are generally voided and the stake is refunded. Specific rules may apply for each sport.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server error, internet disconnection, or other technical issue, b365 will investigate the situation and attempt to provide an appropriate resolution. However, it may not always be possible to compensate for all losses caused by technical failures.

6.5 Finality of Game Results

Results determined by the software or game provider's system will be considered final. Game software is regularly audited by independent third parties to ensure fair play.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b365 platform:

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

  • Creating multiple accounts with the intention of claiming bonus benefits (bonus abuse)
  • Using algorithms or bots in any game or betting market
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software
  • Using an account for money laundering or illegal financing

7.2 Compliance-Related Prohibitions

  • Assisting minors in creating an account
  • Betting on behalf of a third party or acting as an agent
  • Accessing the service from a region where it is legally prohibited, using a VPN or proxy

7.3 Consequences

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, funds may be forfeited, and the relevant authorities may be notified.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Actions at b365's Discretion

b365 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these terms
  • Failure to provide verification documents in a timely manner
  • Suspicious or unusual betting activity
  • Misuse of the platform or attempts to harm other users

8.2 Closure at the User's Own Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before closure, but unused bonuses will be cancelled.

8.3 Self-Exclusion Option
